Our products and health information
Our products are dietary supplements. Our website, guide and emails share general wellness information only. They are not medical advice, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you take medicine, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition. Results vary from person to person.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to order. For now, we ship only within the United States.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you already placed.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an out-of-stock item or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.
- Free shipping applies to US orders of $60 or more. Smaller orders show their shipping cost at checkout.
Monthly subscriptions and bundle packs
- If you choose a monthly price or a bundle pack, you agree that we will charge your payment method every month at the price shown when you subscribed, and ship your products every month, until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next monthly order is processed, by emailing [email protected].
- Bundle pack savings compare the pack price with the monthly subscription price of each product bought separately.
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.
Returns and refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will replace it or refund it. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Text messages and emails
If you give us your phone number and agree, we may text you about your orders and offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site, try to break into it, copy it for resale, or use it for anything unlawful. All content, names and designs on the site belong to us or our licensors.
